New Horizon Industries specializes in providing high quality machining, casting, molding, and stamping. All facilities are ISO 9001:2000 trained and certified. We use various testing and inspection equipment such as CMM, profile projector, and depth gauge. Furthermore, have adopted pro-active and preventive approaches to ensure quality.

Machining

New Horizon uses CNC machines, including digital control processing centers, drilling and cutting centers, EDMs and high precision wire cutting machines in our facilities. This allows machining processes of various natures. Our maximum capacity reaches up to 1020mm x 510mm x 480mm.

Casting

We have substantial experience in die and investment casting. Our facilities are equipped with various hot and cold-chamber die casting machines, with an annual capacity of thousands of tons of Aluminum. We are also experts in both Sodium Silicate and Colloidal Silica binders used in lost-wax technology. The weight of parts go from 3 grams to 350 kilograms. Our casting lineal dimension tolerance is under 0.10mm, and surface roughness can achieve 1.6-12.5um. Additionally, minimum radius and wall thickness are 0.5mm and 0.3mm respectively.

Molding

We are expert in injection, blow and insert molding, and we own one of the best rotational molding facility in China. We use a variety of plastic materials ranging from regular PE, PP, PS, ABS, PVC, nylon, PC, and TPE to specific brands such as Santorpene, Zytel and Zenite. Our products cover consumer, medical, sports, gaming, electronics, and industrial sectors.
